Using free trial, font won't install

Problem is in the title. I’m having issues installing my font. Here are the weird things:

  1. I’ve already exported a font and was able to use it in Pages, Illustrator, etc. So it doesn’t seem to be some restriction of the free trial.

  2. If I try to install the font again, it says it’s already installed, but…it isn’t.

Help?

Sounds like a font cache problem. Read this, please: Eliminating Font Cache Problems.

This explains why it is a bad idea to install an unfinished font in the system. Use the Adobe fonts folder instead: Testing Your Fonts in Adobe Apps.
