Variable font export generates bad fvar table with conflicting instances

Hello! Had an issue reported for a variable font generated with Glyphs and thought I would flag it here.

What version of Glyphs did you use to export?
Can you send me the .glyphs file?

and I believe I used Glyphs 3.2 (3213) or maybe (3207).

You have instances with the same name, that are split in different families for static fonts. To make this work in variable fonts, you need to add “Variable Style Names” for the instances. And those need to be unique.
