Sometimes we have huge glyphs in a font:
Hopefully there can be a “Fit to font bounding box” option like FontForge:
And in the edit view, the line gap should be modified for those large glyphs:
You can adjust your ascenders and descenders accordingly, or your UPM. If you do not want to do that, there is a custom parameter called EditViewLineHeight.
For this style, mere fitting will not do much because it will scale down so much that you won’t see many details anymore. Perhaps it is better to see the decisive parts?

You can add a Preview Ascender and Preview Descender in the master settings to control the size of the drawing in font view and in the preview area.
