Hi. I use a Wacom 3 tablet instead of a mouse because of tendon strain. How do I “right click” when there is no clicker on my stylus?

Hi. I use a Wacom Intuos 3 tablet on my iMac 10.9.2. I have neither a mouse or a clicker on my stylus. How do I use “right click” with this configuration. Thanks.
