When generated, diacritics automatically go to the left

So, I am trying to expand my typeface to support more languages. I came into this problem when trying to generate accents after creating combining marks, when the generated characters all have the diacritics posited at the far left.

When I check the anchor points and it seemed like I did put them in the right place.

Please let me know where did I go wrong or what could possibly cause this.

Can you see if alignment is disabled in Font Info > Others?

Can you show your A/a glyph and your gravecomb glyph so we can check that you did indeed put the anchors in the correct positions?

Thank you very much George, I unchecked the disable automatic alignment box, and everything is working fine now with the generation.
