When i use pen tool on glyphs everything disappears

when i use the draw § pen tool on glyphs everything disappears, and i can’t even see the lines i’m drawing. Any advice? have i turned something on or off without realising?

What version do you have?

version 2.4.2

What version specifically. I needs the four digit number next the the version (like 1060).

And can you disable all reporter Plugins in the lower section of the View menu?

I just disabled the plugins, that seemed to do the trick. I assume one of them was messing with the app.

the version was Version 2.4.2 (1056)

Can you enable them one by one to determine what plugin caused this? Thanks.

I’ve turned them all off and on, at it appears that Heatmap is the culprit.
