- Install plug-in in the Plug-in Manager.
- A pop-up that the installation was successful pops up and Glyphs turns off.
- When I turn on Glyphs again, it says I need to install Python 3.
- If I press the installation button, nothing happens.
Plus my Glyphs is already using Python 3.
Uninstall and reinstall Python in Plugin Manager. Plus all the other modules, restart the app.
For more troubleshooting tips, see the Extending Glyphs tutorial.
I did everything I could. I reinstalled all modules including Python module, and reinstalled Glyphs several times. But the problem hasn’t been solved.
Can you run Glyphs > Help > Copy Diagnostic and then paste here? It should give a lot test starting with this:
[details="Glyphs 3.2 (3225)"]
Mac OS 12.7.1 (arm64)
Python 3.11.6 (Glyphs)
|Plugin|Version|Ref|
…
Where is Copy Diagnostic menu? I can only see Glyphs Help, Go Glyphs Website, Feedback, Change Log.
What version of Glyphs do you have?
Can you check the four digit number in the About Glyphs (top of the Glyphs menu)?
