Why are combined arabic marks not previewed?

To not show all the shadda combinations is on purpose. In almost all cases they are build from components with default anchors. So if you see the shadda, all the combinations should have the same position and you don’t need to worry about them.

Attaching image and PDF, I would like to emphasize that Shadda always goes above letters, but where to combine or isolate other marks, here is the elaborated Ten Commandments of Arabic and Quranic scripts:

1. Longer Fatha / and Tanween Fath // over wide letters.
2. Longer Madda over Alif after wide letters.
3. Higher Madda over Alif after tall letters.
4. Longer + higher Madda over Alif after Wide+Tall letters.
5. Open loop sukun in place of the closed loop sukun for Quranic Text.
6. 69 Tanween Zam instead of z9.
7. Standing Kasra ــٖـ and standing Fath ـٰ respectively before ي and Alif
8. Isolated Kasra or Tanween Kasr from Shadda for Quranic Text but combined in ordinary text.
9. Isolated Kasra or Tanween Kasr enveloped by final letters for Quranic Text but combined in ordinary text.
10. Marks on ط positioned slightly above where the dot of its sister ظ appears.
