5 digit unicode encoding

Hi guys.
I noticed that adding a 5-digit unicode glyph with the uni name does not populate the actual code in the glyph. For example, if you add a new glyph called “uni1018D”, you get the glyph but it is not encoded with 1018D. I would expect this to behave the same as adding a regular 4-digit Unicode glyph.

Not sure if this happened with older versions, but I’m using 2.3.1 903.

Cheers,
Terrance

Maybe this only happens with the newest codes that haven’t been approved by Unicode yet.

Five digits Unicode are demoted with ‘u’ instead of ‘uni’. So call the glyph ‘u1018D’.

Thank you. I see, the file I have uses both naming styles. :expressionless:
