I can open a file with 891. Everything else I try to do makes it crash. Even typing in the crash report box causes a crash. Allowing it to reopen the file I opened before it crashes causes a crash. This version of Glyphs is unusable and should probably be pulled immediately.
Try disabling plugins and restarting the system. There is an issue with (some) plugins, and we are currently tracking it down.
Does disabling plugins mean moving them all out of my ~/Library/Application Support/Glyphs directory?
Yes. I have a Pugins (Off) folder next to the Plugins folder just for that purpose.
In the meantime, we have been able to track it down to filters written with the new Python SDK. And we received one report of an outdated RMX version causing a crash.
Any other problems with plugins? Please post a reply into this thread.
