I am a complete newbie trying to learn the program so sorry if I’m missing something completely obvious. I can’t seem to work out how corner components work. I’ve created a simple workflow to demonstrate what my process is.
- I create a new glyph and call it “_corner.leftSerif”
- I give the glyph a width of 0, set it on the baseline and set it to 0 on the right side-bearing
- I create in a separate glyph a simple square. I select the bottom left point, I right click it and select “Add corner component”.
After all of that nothing happens. Please see screenshots attached
