AFP font format files (.cdf, . cst, .cdp)

I have a client request for afp font files.

Does anyone know how to create this format? Is it even possible to convert modern font formats to this?

Thanks a lot. I also stumbled over this, but it’s not available anymore.
I found this: AFP Font - Most Powerful AFP Font Converter and Editor, but it seems to be a quite heavy way to walk. And the formats it delivers is not [.cdf, . cst, .cdp) as requsted from the client.

That’s a really old format. I wonder why your client needs it? AFP systems have supported OpenType fonts since 2003 apparently:
