Anchor moves when updating metrics

Just noticed that my anchor moved vertically when i ran Update Metrics on the glyph.

I’m on Glyphs 3.0.3 (3081)

Edit: I can’t reproduce it.

I have the same problem (interestingly enough, the same letter + dcroat, too), did you find a solution? Thanks!

No, it never happened again that I’m aware of and I couldn’t reproduce it.
