Apostrophes and Mac to PC

Hi there, I am using Glyphs mini on a Mac and I’m pretty new to the program. My apostrophe isn’t working. When I type it out and change the font the apostrophe comes up as a missing character, however, when I type it and the font is already selected, it works fine. I have it as a “quotesingle” in the program but I’m not sure if it should be saved as another character.

Secondly, I’m wondering how to export the font to be PC friendly.

Where? Does it happen too be an app that exchanges quotesingle with quoteright? IOW, my guess is that you will probably also need quoteright in your font.
