There is a problem with anchors and marks in Arabic font…
as you can see it’s placed exactly, But it is appears like this!
In type mode and exported font get wrong place!
How can fix it?

There is no mark positioning in Edit view, otherwise it would be hard to edit. Just make sure all the anchors are where they have to be, and orient yourself after the grey mark cloud. You do not have to set your marks to zero width (this is done automatically at export time anyway), rather give them a width so it is easier to edit them.
You can use the Mark Preview plugin or test with the Adobe Fonts folder.
