Is there is a reason hah-ar.medi, hah-ar.fina, dal-ar,fina, seen-ar.fina, sad-ar.fina, tah-ar.fina, kaf-ar.medi, kaf-ar.fina, meem-ar.medi, lam_alef-ar.fina is missing from Arabic Basic Shapes glyph list? These are as basic as any of the glyphs currently on the list.

the odd thing is that some of these letters don’t even have components assignment in glyph info.

The “Ottoman Glyphs” are mainly built from these Glyphs, and they are far more than your hair.
The topic has been raised previously here. But I think you need the approval of Congress, the Senate, the Security Council and the President of the United States until everyone is convinced that these Glyphs are basic Glyphs, and no Arab Font can be built without them.
