Arabic Custom Bullets

Is it possible to create a special bullet for Arabic typeface. like bullet.ar

Is it ornamental? Then try bullet.ornm, too. Have many variations? Then call them A.ornm, B.ornm, etc. Technically, ornaments are implemented as alternates for the bullet character. In Indesign, you would select the bullet and be presented with the options, for instance.

Shouldn’t that be handled with a .locl suffix? If you use bullet.loclArab, Glyphs will generate the feature code for you. This works similar like the language specific locl suffixes. Those are three letter, all caps. For scripts it is four letters with one capital and tree lowercase letters.
