Arabic numbers kerning in adobe

I have a problem about kerning Arabic numbers that works correctly in FontGoggles but not adobe suite.

I’ve tried all digits styles in Adobe Illustrator but still no change:

Should I make the kerning numbers with / in RTL?

As fare as I know, the digits are always in LTR mode. Can you send me the .glyphs, .otf and .ai file for testing?
