Hi! Can you please confirm whether nested components need anchors or not, if their position is the same? In other words, if breve has a _top anchor at the same position, do you need another nested _top in this case (for the mark positioning, perhaps) or can it be omitted? I’ve always assumed it’s not needed, but just want to double check.
if the brevecomb_acutecomb is build from brevecomb and acutecomb and uses the anchors for automatic alignment, then you can just as well remove that glyph.
In any case, you don’t need to add anchors in your case (only if different than the base glyphs).
