I noticed that when using the TT instructor tool and selecting “Autohint” from the context menu Glyphs also adds PS autohints to the selected master. I found this unintuitive and confusing, and not something I would want - I might have PS hints only in my first master, but might want to fine tune TT hints per master regardless of PS and using this option I was at first not even aware it would be adding PS hints. Equally confusing, using the “Remove hints” context menu when in the TT instructor will remove the TT hints in that master, but not the PS hints. While that’s what I’d expect, it is inconsistent with the “Autohint” behavior.
