Automatic alignment always on for Glyphs Mini pixel tool

I am trying to produce a simple pixel font with the pixel tool found within Glyphs mini, and for whatever reason, automatic alignment for components is always on, causing a straight line of pixels at the baseline. This forces me to draw one pixel, disable automatic alignment, and finally drawing freely.
Have used the tool previously to great success. Really quite curious.

I see. I’ll fix this. For now, right click on the first pixel you add and “Disable automatic alignment”. Then all other pixels will work as expected.
