The translation option in the transformation palette will not translate more than 999 units. If I try to translate more than that it only translates 1 unit, and 1 unit is the value in the field the next time I open it. This bug exists in the latest stable and cutting edge releases.
You mean the transform filter.
I found the problem and fixed it. Only the vertical shift was affected.
