I notice if I select multiple masters in the info window (by Cmd-clicking) and then hit the minus button to remove them, Glyphs actually only removes one of them.
(Deleting masters is a drastic step so maybe this is intended to be this way to avoid inadvertent overdeleting, but it doesn’t seem consistent with the conventions of user interface.)
