Can I add "extra" kerning in a stylistic feature ?

I am working on a fat illustrative italic design. Lowercase is connected/overlapping, uppercase, numbers and punctuation aren’t.

It would be very nice to have an extra option/feature where the uppercase, numbers and punctuation could overlap. Especially because I am thinking of adding a colorfont variant.

Is it possible to add kerning in a stylistic feature ?

You need to write your only kerning, Glyphs doesn’t support this through the kerning interface.

Theoretically, you can add GPOS rules into any feature. Not all apps are happy with this, so you need to test extensively.

I kinda figured I would have to add it ‘manually’, but I wanted to know if it would work in the first place.
