Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible for users to change the colours of a colour font after download/installation. For example, if a font is initially made of two colours, can these be personalised after creation?

There is some support for this in the color font spec but it is not implemented in any app, yet.
You can change the colours Of a generated font with fonttools bzw. ttx
The colour values can be changed in the respecting tables and once inserted back into the font you should see the change.
