Can't access "Vertical" text box in "Offset curve" filter

I think I encountered a bug in Glyphs.

When I open the Offset Curve dialog, I can only input Horizontal, not Vertical units. If I unlock the two boxes, I can’t edit the latter, and it stays on 10 (default?)

It occurs in all my fonts. Is this a known problem?

i have the same problem, which keeps me from finishing a project and i am stuck with version 1.3.7 (340) because of the app store delay.
