Can't export font!

Whenever I go to export my font as an OTF file Glyphs gets stuck on the export screen. I opened up my activity monitor and there were about 10 instances of makeotfGlyphs open. Then after shutting down the process I get an error message. Everything seems ok with my file but I just can’t figure out whats wrong.

MakeOTF take very long to produce a font if you have a lot hatching or small elements. Please deactivate the “Use Production Glyph Names” in the export settings. This also deactivates the subroutines that cause the problem.

Hi Georg!

Thanks for the suggestion – Whenever I export the way you recommended I get the spinning wheel of death and the app stops responding. Is there anything else I can try?

Ooooh!? I think I got it. The problem was fixed when checked the “Export Destination” box!! Who would have thought?!

What version of Glyphs do you have?
