Can't reconnect nodes on background layer of a non master layer

On a non master-layer, if you go to the background and try to reconnect nodes, it doesn’t work.

Still an issue, what happens is if the same shape is on the background, it applies to the foreground instead of the background.

It’s true even on the main master layer, you can not use reconnect nodes on the background layer
