Hi I was wondering if someone could help me with a problem, after migrating to a new computer I’m not being able to save my files. I keep getting the same message “The nameofthefile document can’t be saved”, I’m attaching a screen capture, and after the message the program crashes. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall, update versions, change user permissions, but none of that seems to work.
Can you “Save As…” to a new location?
No it doesn’t let me save at all, not even as UFO.
Hi Georg, the issue is solved, it seems that the license file didn’t migrate, reinstalled it and it worked again. Thank you very much.
