Component Alignment (2.5)

Glyphs 2.5 seems to ignore «Disabled Automatic Alignment» for components — any chance to get this fixed / reverted to the previous behaviour?

How did you disable alignment?

Preferences > User Settings > Disable Automatic Alignment for imported files
