Hello - how do I do to copy the kerning groups from Upper to Lowercase glyphs? 
Are you sure you want Uppercase and Lowercase in the same Groups? I wouldn’t recommend that except your Lowercase is really just the Uppercase again. I don’t think there is a quick way to do that – you would need to write a script i think.
Are you doing an all Uppercase font? Then you could just remove the lowercase and “Update Glyphs Info”. The Uppercase will get the unicodes of the missing lowercase.
Yes, upper and lower are the same shapes / glyphs.
