I would like to build a Slab with Corner Components. The three masters look good, but the preview shows something completely different. (Fortunately, the exported result is correct. But it is suboptimal for the design process).
Is this due to a setting, my data or is it a bug?

The problem is with the “Scale to UPM” parameter in the instances. Why do you have it? The font should export fine without it; Usually scaling up is needed when you have very find details like round corners.
I kind of fixed it. Now the applied corners are correct, but when you have the corner in the preview on its own, it is too small.

That’s right, you don’t actually need the ‘subsequent’ upscaling. (When designing the sans, I had created it once so that I could work ‘more precisely’. But maybe it’s not necessary at all …)
I know people that scale down to get it more consistent 
I’ll have to think about that first …
