Could not translate UTF8 glyph code into Mac Roman in name table name nov

Please help me with this problem? I don’t know exactly what that means, I need a guide for a jerk. I’m doing it for the first time and I have no idea what exactly to do with it. I urgently need to export it. Thank you.

  1. Go to File > Font Info > Font
  2. Go through the default English names you entered there (esp. Family Name), at least one of them contains some special characters that are rejected by the compiler
  3. Repeat with File > Font Info > Exports, pay special attention to the Style Name.

To be on the safe side, you can stick to ASCII only, though some diacritics should not be a problem.

OOOU! I already know, thank you very much. It’s such a renaming that’s hidden, I didn’t notice it above. Thank you once again!

Which version of Glyphs are you running? The UI should give you a warning symbol in Glyphs 3.
