Open Finder, press ⇧⌘G (or Go → Go to…), paste the following and confirm with Return:
/Applications/Glyphs 3.app/Contents/PlugIns/OTF.glyphsFileFormat/Contents/Resources/
Does the folder that opens contain a file named sfnt2woff?
No it does not.
Is the folder not opening or the file isn’t there?
In any case, re-downloading should fix this.

Yes. Get it from the website and update to the latest cutting edge version, if you like.
