Is the CSS Underline ( text-decoration: underline; ) not related to the Custom parameter Underlines [

Or why is the CSS not showing the same results as the Glyphs parameter like InDesign?

One thing is what we put into the font. Another thing is what the application does. I expect that CSS underline is not determined by the info inside the font, but by how you set up the CSS.

There is
text-decoration-thickness: from-font;
but not all browsers support it yet. See the Mozilla documentation for details.
