with the latest update I’ve lost my custom interpolation parameters (using various x-hight of lowercases for various instances). How can I get this customisation back?

You need to define the Axes with the Axes parameter in File > Font Info > Font now.
I’ve done that but when I regenerated intepolation using a brace trick, the results don’t take into consideration the width axis.
Can you send me the .glyphs file please to support (at) (this website without www). I will have a look.
