The Rectangle Tool generates a contour with the first node at top left, which is different from the Shift-Cmd-R scheme of the first node at bottom left. The Circle Tool is good though.
In fact I’ve been wondering why it behaves like this since the first time I notice it, almost 8 years ago. It might be a trivial issue (or any other reasons?) that remains unchanged. However, recently I’m working on a Chinese project and find it a bit annoying. It will be perfect if the Rectangle Tool could generate contours with first nodes at bottom left, so the Shift-Cmd-R command won’t change it.
