Disable automatic alignment for all masters?

Any reason why, when right clicking on a component to get to “Disable Automatic Alignment”, that pressing Option shouldn’t enable “Disable Automatic Alignment in All Masters”?

Yes!

Yes, should be there.

In the meantime, you can do that with Script > mekkablue > Components > Alignment Manager.

wanted to check — has support for Glyphs 3 been discontinued? Will it no longer be receiving updates?

It will receive update. But mostly bug fixes.
