Disable Masters: "Incompatible" intermediate layer glyphs

Hello, I am making use of the Disable Masters parameter in order to export some subsets.

However, all glyphs that use intermediate layers are reported as being “not compatible”.

The glyphs are perfectly compatible. Removing the “Disable Masters” parameter circumvents the issue, but that is, of course, suboptimal. Any pointers? Thanks!

Understanding what intermediate layers to remove when some masters are removed, is very tricky. I would need to have a look at the file …

A minute after sending you the file, I found that I simply needed to rearrange the intermediate layers and attach them to the masters that were closest to them. Previously, they were all bundled in the last master. The export works fine now.
