Hello,
One of my customers pointed out a problem with one of my typefaces in which the uppercase ‘S’ cannot be typed (no blank space, no ‘not def’ glyph, nothing). However, it does appear in the Adobe glyphs panel. Also, all of the uppercase ‘S’ accent characters work perfectly.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Did they specify in which OS, app, input method? Can you reproduce the issue? TTF or CFF? Hinting?
MacOS Mojave, in all Adobe programs and in Suitcase Fusion and in Glyphs app, OTF and TTF. Hope that helps.
Maybe the glyph misses its unicode. Can you check the name (has to be “S”) and then run “Glyph > Update Glyph Info”?
