Downloading repository failed

I tried to install Show Center Lines plugin, but it failed.

1. First this message poped up
   

   

2. Clicking on show revealed the folder i empty
   

   

What can I do?

It works for me. Can you remove the empty folder and try again?

I have another question: I would like to enter the exact degree value of handles. How can I do that? In my case, the value is only displayed, but I can’t adjust it.
