Emoji Not Working in Adobe Programs

I have a Hebrew font with Emojis that are not displaying Illustrator. What am I missing here?
For example, this is the setting for this emoji → :cactus:

In Illustrator, Photoshop etc. I’m getting 2 .notdefs for each emoji.

What version of Glyphs do you have?
Are you sure it is not a font cache problem?

Version 2.5.1 (1141)
Yes. I just now exported the font with a new name and still does’t work.
