I thought we had a filter to allow us to expand a path but I just cannot find it. Was I wrong?
If we don’t have one, we sure need one.
Are you thinking of the Offset Paths filter with “Make Stroke” checked?
My initial try with Offset Paths was not promising at all. I did see mention somewhere on the net about using “Expand Paths” in Glyphs (it was mentioned as a filter), but I don’t have such a filter.
I could, of course, take all the strokes into Illustrator and then back to Glyphs, but what a chore…
[UPDATE] I hadn’t tried using “Make Stroke” – but it works just as I expected it to. Thanks for pointing that out to me.
