When I copy an export instance with a Localized Family Names parameter, the encoding in the new instance switches from Default to No Value or default which renders the font uninstallable.
I have had this happen in several fonts, and only after the last update 3.0.4 (3100).
It’s very simple to fix, just switch back to Default.
