Exports results shows the Word stem cannot be zero

So I was trying to export my typeface and it just showed failed with sentence” Word stem cannot be zero”. do anyone know that?

Have you set the stems for all masters in Font Info > Masters?

Sorry I don’t really catch that, I see that there is the master page in type info, and I see the stem setting. But could you explain how it work?
