Feature for using the same glyphs

I have created one letter that looks for example like that:
Ш

And I want to use it this one for »W«, »w«, and »3«. Is there the possibility to regulate this with features? Or do I have to create glyphs manually?

I imagine a code line like:
take Ш for W, w, 3

Would be very thankful for help!

Just add the Unicode for all three characters. Open type features can’t handle that.
