I am sure I am not the first to request this:
It would be nice if one was able to choose the UI type of glyphs – especially in the OT feature writing panel. Maybe you could consider having a monospaced type there by default? I think it could be quite helpful, as currently I and l are nearly indistinguishable:
The system font has features for high legibility which better differentiates letters like I and l. We have that font feature activated most places where relevant, but here it would also fit well.
Yes, it’s much better in the actual coding panel, but the classes definitions are somewhat lacking. Happy to have the system font, just make it monospace please.
