I wonder if something like this is possible. I’d like to be able to make substitutions depending on the weight of the instances.
Is there a way to make that work? Or perhaps the only way currently is to use a custom replaceFeature in the bolder weights?
You need to use a Replace Feature parameter for this.
But might be useful. We need to think about this.

It would definitely be handy in this font. With 208 instances it’s going to be time-consuming to edit the replaceFeatures in every instance, as different glyphs need substituting at different weights and widths. If it could be done all in one place like above it would save a lot of effort and be much easier to keep track of everything 
I seems to be doable to implement this. Not sure about the time frame.
