I noticed that from G1 to G2, the “Show Metrics” view has been simplified to only show the metrics on the current glyph, this is a welcome change I think as it was too cluttered before.
What would still be useful is the option to show only the kerning numbers in text view in the way FontLab does (or like in G1). I’m referring to the kerning values in aqua. I’ve found it cumbersome especially when trying to make sure kerning pairs are the same on both sides of a symmetrical letter to move the mouse cursor through onto each letter to see it.
Also hoping for this feature!
