Filter out diacritics and/or combining marks

I’m trying to adjust my side bearings quickly so I select all my masters and transform the metrics of them. However the I dotless doesn’t adjust the side bearings evenly, probably due to the fact that it gets combined with all the other diacritic symbols. I want to hide my default view so it doesn’t show all the combining marks as well.

Or am I missing something obvious?

Not sure what you are trying to do. Did you read this: Diacritics | Glyphs and this: Spacing | Glyphs ?

You could set up a smart filter in font view to do exactly that. But it is not necessary, simply transform them all, the auto-aligned glyphs will not be affected.
